VISA APPLICATION

To get your invitation letter in order to apply for a visa, all you need is an invitation to the event and send the following details to info@printinprogress.fr :

>Your first and last name

>Your passport number

>The full name of your company

>The address of your company

All requests are subject to obtaining the badge.

Please apply for a badge before requesting our visitor service for your letter of invitation. In no event our teams will be allowed to contact the embassies to plead in your favor. The visa application remains entirely the responsibility of the visitor.

Conditions of admission

Print In Progress/Creative Industries Showroom is reserved for professionals (printers, industrialists, marketing departments, agencies, etc.). Access is allowed only subject to registration prior to the show.

 

Technicians, speakers, delivery people, how to get into the event ?

For the day of the installation you will be checked at the entrance of the exhibitor parking. Please provide information related to the exhibitor you are coming to deliver/help: exhibitor’s name, stand number and exhibitor’s contact.

During the event, you only have to present yourself at the reception if the exhibitor has not planned your arrival before, then we will be able to provide you with access in exchange for the same information mentioned above.

 

Student groups, training centres: What are the modalities for accessing and registering?

We accept student groups and training organizations under certain conditions. Since this is primarily a professional and business-oriented event, we cannot afford to open the event entirely to non-professionals. However, we understand that access to this information is paramount for the future actors of the industry and decided to dedicate them a day of the event. Here are the conditions:

>Students must be over 18 year old.

>They must be accompanied by a teacher when it is an entire class.

>All students and chaperones must register via the online form of the site.

>Access to the lounge is limited to the last day of the event, from 2pm to 5pm, for all students.

>Student delegations should be aware that this is a professional meeting and that our exhibitors are primarily there to work.

I am creating a business or a job seeker, how to get a badge?

For people creating a business, you can still use the online registration form and instead of the company name, we invite you to fill in the mention “in creation”.
As we validate each registration manually, this will allow us to quickly determine the nature of your request.

 

I’m not a professional, can I access to the event ?

Private individuals do not have access to our event, this is a 100% professional event.

You can request your invitation by clicking here.

Your registration is subject to the conditions mentioned in the section “Conditions of admission”.

We validate each registration manually, so this can take between 48 and 72h before your registration is validated.

Once your registration is validated by our visitor service, you will receive a validation email including your definitive badge. Print it and it will act as a badge for the 2 days of Print in Progress-Creative Industries Showroom.

 

Tips :

Print your badge in color if possible.
Make sure that the barcode, QR code, and personal code are clearly displayed.
A badge holder will be provided at the entrance to the living room.
If you do not have a printer, we can print your badge on the spot once you are registered and validated.
We also remind you that each registration (via pre-registration or on-site) will be subject to validation by our teams. We check each activity to determine the level of accessibility you can get at our event. Once validated, your badge is valid for the 2 days of the event. Without proof, the organizer gets the right to refuse your badge request if your profile does not match with the event’s visitor profile.

 

What is the deadline for registering on the Internet ?

You can register until the day before the event.
If you haven’t had time to preregister, you can take your badge at the event directly. For any on-site registration, it will be necessary to justify an invitation code or a paper invitation provided by the organizer or one of your suppliers/partners.
